Savoy Hotel

The Savoy Hotel was a hotel in Westminster, Central London.

The Eleventh Doctor took his mother- and father-in-law, Amy Pond and Rory Williams, there for an anniversary present on 26 June 1890, their wedding anniversary. The hotel had only recently opened at that time. He assured them there would be no complications, only to discover there was a Zygon ship under the Savoy, and half of the staff were impostors. The Doctor, Amy and Rory managed to deal with this. (TV: The Power of Three)

In an alternate timeline in which Germany won World War II, the Savoy Hotel was used as headquarters for the Britischer Freikorps in 1951. Lieutenant Anthony Rupert Hemmings took the Seventh Doctor and Ace there when he arrested them at the Festival of Britain. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Exodus)

In 1969, Noël Coward lived in the Savoy Hotel. (PROSE: Who Killed Kennedy)

In another alternate timeline, the Fifth Doctor visited the Savoy Hotel in 2158 and met General Tillington. (AUDIO: Renaissance of the Daleks)
