Brian Goldman was a reporter.
While investigating a neo-Nazi group, he saw the Scrying Glass used to show them visions of a devastated future Earth. He was seen recording the ceremony and pursued. He mailed the tape to himself and called Claire Aldwych to warn her. She did not believe him, but her suspicions were raised when she learned he had been killed in a suspicious car crash.
