Nana Visitor played Olivia Colasanto in the Torchwood stories Immortal Sins and End of the Road.
She is perhaps best known for her role as Major / Colonel Kira Nerys in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine from 1993 to 1999. She was married to one of her co-stars on that series, Alexander Siddig, from 1997 to 2001 and they had a child during this time. Siddig would later participate in several Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories.
