Delphon was a planet visited by the Doctor sometime before his third incarnation. (TV: Spearhead from Space) It had at least one sentient species, which communicated using the movement of their eyebrows. This language was also identified by the Third Doctor as "Delphon" when he demonstrated the phrase "How do you do?" in the language. (TV: Spearhead from Space, AUDIO: ...ish) This was because the Fendahl Predator, a memeovore that fed on concepts, ate their ability to communicate. (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5) This species also found the amputation of limbs to be sexually attractive. (PROSE: Lucifer Rising)
