Tivolians were the inhabitants of the planet Tivoli.

History

Tivolians were one of the oldest species in the galaxy. Their home world was conquered multiple times. (TV: The God Complex)

The Fisher King invaded Tivoli in the 20th Century, ruling for ten years before being overthrown by the Arcateenians. Faking his death, his "body" was taken to Earth by funeral director Prentis, where he initiated a plan to summon an army, but was killed by the Twelfth Doctor shortly after. (TV: Before the Flood).
