Stuart Manning is a graphic artist, and designed the covers for several Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories CD covers. He was the Art Editor of Doctor Who Magazine during 2007 and left in July 2008.
During Series 8's airtime, he designed posters for every episode for Radio Times.
