The City was a city built around an old mill town in Northern England during the 21st century. The government shipped everyone it considered undesirable into The City and built a wall around them to keep them inside. The City was filled with cameras and the government sold the feeds to a television company, then declared the public outside The City had a right to know any information they desired about the residents.
Between 2065 and 2085 Erimem, Andy Hansen, and Helena traveled to The City. (PROSE: Angel of Mercy)
