Blu-ray

The Monk had a Blu-ray of Something's Got to Give, which Tamsin Drew guessed he had "plundered [...] from the appropriate time period", inside his TARDIS. The Monk considered it, along with other artefacts, "Souvenirs, rescued for posterity." (AUDIO: The Resurrection of Mars)

Behind the scenes

Blue-ray also exists in the DWU, an obvious play on Blu-ray: the Tenth Doctor had a bunch of films on Blue-ray in his TARDIS in COMIC: A Rose by Any Other Name)
