Adjudicator Secular Rashid was Roz Forrester's superior on Earth.
When Chris Cwej was made Roz's new squire, Rashid had body beppled herself to resemble Elvis Presley. Unknown to them, Rashid was being bribed to help Tobias Vaughn cover up his illegal activities relating to the Skel'Ske. (PROSE: Original Sin)
