Sgt Ian Jenner was a police officer working on the Metropolitan Police. He chased after Lady Christina de Souza after she stole a diamond but was surprised when the bus she was on fell through a wormhole. After the bus returned he attempeted to arrest her but she escaped using the bus. (DW: Planet of the Dead)
