Blaidd Drwg (Welsh for "Bad Wolf") was the name of a nuclear power plant, planned for construction in central Cardiff. Behind the plans was Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, posing as the new Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Margaret Blaine.
