Gallifreyan shock troop

Gallifreyan shook troops were specialised Gallifreyan troops utilised by the Time Lords against the Daleks during the Last Great Time War. Among the equipment they possessed was a pendant which allowed them to stay precisely ten nanoseconds in time ahead of their opponents, which they used to avoid getting "mowned down" on ground assaults. Such a pendant was taken by the Eighth Doctor as a "souvenir", which he used to escape the Sanukuma. (AUDIO: The Rulers of the Universe)
