Agnes Leech was a 17th century human, who was acused of being a witch. When Clara Oswald saw this scene, she tried to defend Agnes, who took Clara to her house. Later, Matthew Hopkins came to her house to capture her, so Agnes told Clara to hide. However, when Matthew was about to "prove" Agnes was a witch, Clara intervened to help her.
