This topic might have a better name.
I have argued on the talk page that Cornet is the military rank and that the first name is unknown. The page should be called "Swallow (The Witch from the Well)".

Swallow was a cornet under the command of the Witch-Pricker who came with him to Tranchard's Fell. He tried to get the confession of the Eighth Doctor, Beatrix Butcher and Agnes Bates, and brought them to the stocks to be hanged. (AUDIO: The Witch From the Well)
