The Imperator was the leader of the Fifth Axis. He came to the Glass Prison to interrogate Daglan Straklant. After the Wolf's riot, Sophia thought he was the doctor brought in to oversee Bernice Summerfield during the birth of Peter Summerfield. He wanted to kill Peter so that he could quell the Cult of the Mother. When Sophia realised her mistake she killed him. (PROSE: The Glass Prison)
