The Volatix Cabal were a secret Dalek society who operated during the Last Great Time War. They were created by the Daleks for possessing a talent that no Dalek could possess: creativity. (COMIC: The Organ Grinder) They were distinct from the Dalek Empire, and their motto was "Exterminhate". The Cabal were active at the start of the War, but they disappeared before it ended.
