Billy Inyathi Forrester Obote was a human who set out from Earth in cryogenic suspension on board the colonial freezer ship Mandela in 2059. Billy was seconded from NASA when she set out. She was married to Kenneth Obote and they had a daughter named Samantha Inyathi. (PROSE: Heritage)
