Oakly was Princess Ash's lady-in-waiting. According to Ash, Oakly was so beautiful she always made men turn and stare.
As punishment for standing against Queen Xenotime, Oakly was executed. Before her execution, a cast was made of her face as a reminder of what happened to those who opposed the Queen.
