Atoms Infinite was a Second Doctor comic story first published in Doctor Who Annual 1969.

Summary

The Doctor lands the TARDIS on the nucleus of a uranium atom, where he finds an entire civilisation. He's told that sister "planets" of the uranium universe have been destroyed in the human act of splitting the atom to obtain nuclear power. The people of the once great civilisation now reside in indestructible silver teardrops, which they warped space and time to fit whole civilisations in.T
