Saw was a Jenggel mercenary, and part of the Dogs.
He was a large bearded man with a heavily scarred face. His favorite weapon was a chainsaw. After one of his eyes was dislocated, a plastic surgeon repaired the injury by moving it halfway down his cheek. Saw killed him for the joke. He died in an attack on the OPG base. (PROSE: Combat Rock)
