We don't know the name of this thing.

But we do know where it came from. So we're using that to title the page logically. If you know a better, more precise name, tell us.

Verticulan spider were spider-like creatures that resembled jack-o'-lanterns. They were native to the planet Verticulus. They had three eyes and six legs.

When the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond visited Verticulus to experience a Verticulan Halloween, the Doctor's TARDIS materialised near four spiders, one of which had long legs. (COMIC: Wholloween)
