Leonie Rintler was a standby art director for Doctor Who and Torchwood.
On Doctor Who, Rintler worked on Gridlock and The Lazarus Experiment, while on Torchwood, he worked on Greeks Bearing Gifts and Ghost Machine — where he was also credited as an assistant art director.
