Barbara Campbell was the adopted daughter of David Campbell and his wife, Susan Campbell.
Profile
Orphaned in the 22nd century Dalek invasion, she was adopted by David and Susan, sometime after the human victory. She was named Barbara Campbell after Barbara Wright, an early companion of Susan's grandfather, the Doctor.
She also had two adopted brothers, Ian Campbell (who was the eldest) and David Campbell Junior.
