Each issue came with a DVD release.
Reversible DVD sleeves enabled the collector to display one of two designs featuring either the Doctor and his enemies or his companions.

The TARDIS is attacked by the nucleus of a virus called the Swarm and lands at the Bi-Al Foundation, a space hospital in the 51st century. With the Doctor in a coma, it's up to scientist Professor Marius and his robot dog, K-9, to help Leela save the Time Lord's life. But will Marius' outlandish plan really work? And are they too late to prevent the Age of the Virus?
