David Miller was an actor, illustrator, props maker and writer.

He appeared as a Cyberman in Dimensions in Time, illustrated Mark Gatiss' story Perfect Day in the Doctor Who Yearbook 1994, helped create the Sontaran masks and helmets in Shakedown: Return of the Sontarans, and wrote the short stories The Last Waltz and Watching the Detectives as well as some of the alien world entries in The Essential Doctor Who 3.
