Peter Thomas played Captain Edal in the Doctor Who television story The Savages.
Besides his appearance on Doctor Who, Thomas is best known for his appearances in the films Witchfinder General and Tales from the Crypt. His television appearances included roles on The Avengers, Dixon of Dock Green, Z-Cars, The Plane Makers, No Hiding Place, The Baron and Department S.
