Doctor Peter Morley was a xenobiologist who worked at the Glasshouse. He worked alongside Jim Griffin, Cathryn Wilderman and Dick Atkinson, with Morley serving as the leader of the team.
Morley was later kidnapped and taken to the Vault, where he examined Marc Marshall and Tahni. He was later freed when UNIT raided the Vault. (PROSE: The Scales of Injustice)
