Tony was one of the human settlers on Uxarieus.
After the IMC expedition was forced off the planet, David Winton put Tony and another colonist on guard outside the dome in case the IMC expedtion returned.
The IMC expedition did return and attacked the dome, knocking out Tony and the other colonist on guard. (TV: Colony in Space)
