A Xxarqon was a creature native to somewhere in the Mutter's Spiral.
It had many tentacles. The Daleks captured one and planned to isolate its slyness and add the quality to a new breed of Daleks when they would make the New Earth System into a Dalek breeding ground. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Dogs of Doom)
