Lucia Moretti was an agent for Torchwood Three. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness, with whom she had one daughter, Alice Carter.
Bio
Lucia joined Torchwood in 1968. While working there, she falls in love with Captain Jack and they have Alice together. She retires in 1977. She helped put Alice Carter in a protection programme as a civillian, and lived until 2006. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)
