Surprise Surprise! special was a small skit that featured between interviews on Surprise Surprise!.
It featured the licensed appearance of Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor. Not only was this the final ever appearance of Pertwee as the Doctor but it was also the final appearance of Pertwee on television.
Synopsis
The Third Doctor is back... for Surprise Surprise!.
Plot
The Third Doctor walks down the corridor, walks through the doors and declares "I am the Doctor!".
The Doctor then begins to talks to a family asking them many a questions.
He asks the boy if he wanted one trip in his TARDIS. The boy accepted the invitation and they both wandered to the TARDIS together.
They then materialise back in the studio, they both peep their heads out the door to check it was safe.
