- 23 November - "An Unearthly Child" debuted on the BBC tv. This was the very first episode of Doctor Who.
- 30 November - "An Unearthly Child" was re-broadcast on the BBC tv, followed by the debut of "The Cave of Skulls".
- 7 December - "The Forest of Fear" debuted on the BBC tv.
- 14 December - "The Firemaker" debuted on the BBC tv.
- 21 December - "The Dead Planet", first episode of The Daleks, debuted on the BBC tv.
- 28 December - "The Survivors" debuted on the BBC tv.
