Jamie Foreman played Eddie Connolly in The Idiot's Lantern.
According to Ed Thomas on the DVD commentary to The Idiot's Lantern, Foreman — whom he had previously worked with on a stage production — is an "absolute Doctor Who fanatic". David Tennant, in the same commentary, reacted with surprise, claiming that Foreman had kept that fact quiet on the set of Lantern. Thomas then claimed that Foreman made him sign three copies of the Radio Times and — perhaps jokingly — said Foreman immediately put two of those copies on eBay.
