Adam Blackwood played Balazar in the Doctor Who story The Mysterious Planet.
He is better known for providing the voice for James Bond in the video games Tomorrow Never Dies, 007: The World Is Not Enough (Nintendo 64 version), 007: The World Is Not Enough (PlayStation version), 007 Racing and 007: Agent Under Fire.
