Androgar was a member of Gallifrey High Command on the last day of the Last Great Time War. He worked closely with the General and also had some contact with the High Council. He reported on the War Doctor's ultimatum at the Fall of Arcadia ("No More") and on the Council's plans to the General. He later accompanied him into the Time Vaults to investigate the War Doctor's break-in. Androgar had never heard of the Moment until that point, and asked the General what it was. Later that day, Androgar delivered the Doctor's new message to High Command ("Gallifrey Stands") and was present when all thirteen Doctors appeared and enacted their plan to save Gallifrey and defeat the Daleks.
