Brooks was a rebel Tabbalac who wished to put an end to his people's violent ways. Brooks owned a casino boat with warp drive. He used his funds to fund his research and ensured a supply of funds by using Lish to cause bad luck to the gamblers. He wanted to hand his technology to the Cyrox, his people's viral enemies to ensure they stopped fighting. (AUDIO: The Raincloud Man)
