Buddy Stanmer was a coworker of Creed McIlveen. He also worked for Vincent Wheaton.
He was blackmailing McIlveen over his affair with Amy Cowan. Later, Wheaton sent him to kidnap Eve McIlveen as revenge against Creed and his ex-wife Justine. Roz Forrester was able to save Eve and killed Stanmer. (PROSE: Warchild)
