A customer service employee wearing the costume of Rokhandi World mascot Customer Service Pig experienced the brunt of the Eleventh Doctor's dissatisfaction that the natural beauty of Rokhandi was turned into a dismal corporate theme park. As was done to all misbehaving customers, the employee offered the Doctor complimentary Rokhandi Floss.
