He was responsible for sending an intergalactic SOS that the [[Eleventh Doctor]] responded to when the banned super-sizing technology of the [[Dehliop]]s was discovered in a crashed space ship. The technology was intended to solve hunger problems when applied to the super-sizing of fruits and vegetables, but had adverse effects which included super-sizing [[rat]]s, [[ant]]s and even [[Rory Williams]].
