This topic might have a better name.
Have I Got News for You special - gotta be better than a title used only once as an official "sub heading" . My bad... but I think this is the more appropriate title.

Have I Got Time and Space for You or more often known as The Have I Got News for You? special was a short skit in conjunction with Have I Got News for You?. It starred Ian Hislop and Paul Merton as themselves but as the Doctor.
