Major Marion Davison was was in charge of press and public relations for the whole southern sector of US Air Defence Command.
She helped the Seventh Doctor uncover the plans of the Tzun and the Tremas Master. After they were stopped, she arrested Major-General Hugh Nyby for sharing classified materials with unallied powers. (PROSE: First Frontier)
