Pieter was a farmer from the town of Christmas on the planet Trenzalore who owned an apple orchard inside a giant domed greenhouse he had inherited from his father. He had been infected and taken over by a Krynoid, which was later killed by the townsfolk of Christmas with the help of the Eleventh Doctor. Theol Willoughby carved a walking stick out of the Krynoid in Pieter's memory. (PROSE: An Apple a Day...)
