The Raxas Alliance was a union of four planets: Clom, Clix, Raxacoricovarlonpatorius and Raxacoricofallapatorius. (TV: The Gift)
It was ruled by the High Council. The treasures of the member worlds were stored in the Raxasian vaults.
It used to be a commercial paradise until the Slitheen seized power. The result of the atrocities committed by them were trade sanctions, economic collapse and civil war. A peace conference in 3764 was the last-ditch attempt to restore peace and prosperity. (COMIC: Doctormania)
