Robert Wintergreen, or Bob, lived in Iceland in 5017. Like many others, he tried to attend a Christmas party given by Nicholas Santana. He encountered the Sixth Doctor and Evelyn Smythe and accompanied the Doctor to the party. However, since he didn't have an invitation or a donation, he was sent to the lower levels to work, with the promise of being able to attend the party on the twelfth day.
He helped the Doctor stop Santana's plans to fill the lower levels with magma. (PROSE: Revellers of Doom)
