Sally Calypso was a news reporter in New New York. Her traffic news reports were recorded as holograms and broadcast for the people in the Motorway regularly.
The hologram was turned off by the Tenth Doctor at the opening of the Motorway in the year 5,000,000,053. (TV: Gridlock)
