Weyland's shield was a device created by the Elder God, Weyland, that could destroy or reshape matter and reality. The more powerful the wielder, the greater the effect. In the possession of an Elder God, it was nearly omnipotent. Weyland created it to destroy Fenric, who was feared by the other Elder Gods. Hex was able to use it to banish Weyland from this universe.
