Xenophobia

Xenophobia was the fear and/or hatred of strangers, foreigners and aliens.

On Skaro, Ian Chesterton recognised that the Daleks were intensely xenophobic, describing their hatred of the Thals as a "dislike for the unlike". (TV: "The Ambush")
