Anthony Eden was a British Prime Minister.
The Twelfth Doctor mentioned Eden as a possible candidate when asking the Landlord who the Prime Minister was in 2017. (TV: Knock Knock)
Behind the scenes
- "Eden" is most likely a reference to Robert Anthony Eden, who was British Prime Minister from 1955 to 1957.
- Anthony Calf played Eden in the play Never So Good and the BBC series Upstairs Downstairs. Eden was also played by Michael Gough in the television play Suez 1956.
