Dale the Dalek, also known as Z403, was a Dalek who wasn't good at exterminating things. His gunstick wasn't a particular threat. He was part of an Earth invasion force that the Fourth Doctor and Sarah once successfully outran. Because of his poor gunstick, he was unable to stop the time travellers from returning to the safety of the Doctor's TARDIS. (PROSE: Dr. Fourth)
