Puppeteer was the twelfth short story in the Short Trips anthology Short Trips: Snapshots. It was written by Benjamin Adams. It featured the Fourth Doctor and Oliver Day.
Summary
Annajin Valentin has followed the Puppeteer, who possessed her brother Sukhrit, to Gondovan. There, she meets the Doctor and Oliver Day, who are also on the trail of the Puppeteer, an alien that takes over its victims' minds and causes them to act violently.
However, unknown to the Doctor and Annajin, the Puppeteer no longer possesses Sukhrit; instead it is currently possessing Oliver.
The Doctor and Annajin defeat the Puppeteer, and Sukhrit and Oliver recover from their experience. Oliver decides to stay on Gondovan with Annajin.
